Sambalpur’s Elevated Corridor to Be Ready by December Next Year

Construction of the 6-lane elevated corridor at Ainthapali in Sambalpur is moving at a rapid pace and is expected to be completed by December next year. Spanning 3.44 km with a 1.2 km flyover section and a width of 14.5 meters, the project aims to ease heavy traffic congestion in the area. Approved by NHAI with an allocation of ₹374.17 crore, the corridor will enhance connectivity and improve traffic flow, especially for heavy vehicles bypassing congested routes.
